Calculate My Hours is maintained by one person, and every message that comes through the form below is read personally — nothing goes to a support queue or a ticketing system. A few things people commonly reach out about:

  • Bugs: a calculation looks wrong, the PDF export isn't formatting correctly, or something breaks on your browser or device
  • Feature requests: a fourth shift slot, a different overtime rule, a new export format, or anything else that would make the tool more useful for your job
  • Data questions: what's stored, where it lives, and how to clear it (short answer: everything stays in your browser's local storage — see our Privacy Policy for the full explanation)
  • General feedback: what's working, what's confusing, or what you wish existed

One thing we can't help with: questions about your specific pay, employer policies, or legal entitlements. We built the calculator, but we're not payroll or legal professionals — for that, your employer's HR department or a labor attorney in your area is the right resource.

Response Time

As a small independent project, replies typically go out within a few business days. Bug reports that affect the core calculation get priority. If you don't hear back within a week, feel free to send a follow-up — messages occasionally land in spam filters on both ends.
